Be a part of a team with strong ambitions to grow the Global Account business disproportionately high. This team builds service delivery in enterprise and LoB solutions as well as managed services.

The Program manager is responsible for managing one or more complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects. Your main tasks will include:

■ Developing the customers program strategy, supporting business cases and various high-level project plans

■ Managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of the program

■ Ensuring integration of the projects of the program and reports on scope, timing, and budgets as needed - based on the needs of the customer

■ Serving as a mentor to project managers to educate and assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvement/changes

■ Communicating with (senior) leadership and other stakeholders on program strategy, direction, changes, risks and overall status

■  Profound experience in SAP Project & Program Management

■  Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified

■  Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

■  Superb ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects

■  Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills

■  Ability to work independently and to motivate people

■  Willingness to travel for 70%

■  Fluent in English orally and in writing and preferably other languages
