Be part of our Corporate Quality Management Team and support with the implementation, provision and maintenance of a global Quality Management System for the itelligence Groups as a part of an Integrated Management System. You will be reporting to the CCO at itelligence and in certain cases directly to the Management board.

Your main tasks will include:

■  Implementation of the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and other QM relevant standards derived from them

■  Development of the framework conditions for the itelligence Quality Management System incl. setting the basis for an Integrated Management System and its communication and enforcement within itelligence

■  Control of documents, records and processes within the scope of quality management in accordance with legal, normative and internal rules and guidelines

■  Integration of new or modified quality-related measures and objectives into the existing quality management system in consensus with the Board and the heads of the support levels

■  Monitoring and documentation of compliance with quality-related measures and objectives (e.g. in the form of internal audits and reviews)

■  Help and active support with customer and certification audits and self-disclosure to customers

■  Advice and reporting to top management on quality management issues

■ Agreement and pursuit of remediation plans in cooperation and coordination with the board of directors and the heads of the support levels

■  Multiple years of work experience in the field of Quality Management and SAP industry

■  Studies with a focus on quality management or comparable

■  Sound knowledge of process optimization models, applicable ISO and DIN standards (in particular ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20.000, ), ITIL and commercial understanding

■  Ability to work independently and precisely  

■  Excellent communication and organizational skills

■  Safe handling of regulations and standards

■  Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees

■  Analytical skills, reliable and a strong personality

■  Fluent in German and English orally and in writing
