Do you love challenges?

The Global Business Function “Field Consulting” (GFC) operates in a matrix organization across all local and regional business units.

The Consulting Operations Team within GFC drives projects and initiatives to improve our consulting business aiming at increasing consulting quality, streamlining approaches across countries, developing consultants in their respective fields.

As a Content Manager (f/m/d) you will be supporting Team Leads and Initiative Leads in their daily business.

■ Maintenance of Sharepoint pages

■ Management of documents on Sharepoint

■ Maintenance of databases such as mailing lists and contact lists

■ Author presentations for Initiative teams to ensure aligned look & feel 

■ Communication support: Edit and update internal Blog, Newsletter and external publications

■ Project support (setup on SAP system) & reporting

 

Convince us with your potential!

■ Previous experience in the same position as a Content Manager, Back Office Assistant or similar role

■ Fluent in English orally and in writing; and preferably other languages

■ Well versed in MS Office and MS Sharepoint

■ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

■ Ability to work in international environment and remote collaboration
