Agile Coach (gn) for remote working IT- / Software-Teams

Das Aufgabengebiet

Being an Agile Coach at SoftwareONE means: 

  • You are guiding and coaching teams as well as the organization on lean and agile methodologies 
  • You are working with business focusing end-to-end teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices 
  • You are driving cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is using industry’s best practices 

 

Your stakeholders will be:

  • Colleagues from global Business IT department 
  • Business Representatives
  • Individual-, Team-, Business Domain-, Service Portfolio- and Leadership-Level  

 

 


Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

​ your knowledge and experience​

  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach  
  • Hands-on experience using various Agile Tools 
  • Knowledge in Software development lifecycle and methodologies is preferred  
  • Hands-On experience applying lean agile concepts & frameworks (e.g., Scrum and Kanban) 
  • Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments

 

your qualification / educational background

  • Advanced industry recognized certifications related to Agile 
  • ​​Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, MBA, Project Management, or related degree could be helpful

 

 your commication skillset

  • An excellent communicator and motivator in English and German 

 

your personality

  • Enthusiastic about lean and agile methodologies 
  • Strong lifetime learning mentality 
  • Servant leadership attitude 
  • Living a growth mindset
