As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

■ Supporting the strategic decision-making process through data collection and research

■ Managing and prioritizing multiple long- and short-term projects simultaneously

■ Professional interfacing with the Executive Board, Global Leadership Team, local country heads, and specialist departments

■ Ensuring smooth internal and external information flow

■ Managing and maintaining confidential information

■ Preparing professional presentations and meetings

Your above-average Master’s or Ph.D. degree proves your:

■ Strong organizational and time-management skills

■ Ability to prioritize and multi-task

■ Proficiency in MS Office and other software

■ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

■ Growth mindset

■ Well-honed analytical skills

We would welcome the following:

■ 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a corporate consulting or management setting

■ Strong communication and intercultural skills

■ Experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality

■ Finance and accounting knowledge is a plus
