Your Role and Responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:

• Entwicklung von Java-Anwendungen im Bereich Business Process Management auf Basis der IBM BPM/BAW-Suite und/oder Camunda
• Erstellung von technischen Konzepten im Rahmen der Entwicklung von Workflows,z.B. für die Integration verschiedener Backendsysteme
• Proaktives Einbringen von Ideen für das Design und der Architektur von BPM-Lösungen

• Individuelle Karrierepfade und zielgerichtete Unterstützung durch deinen Career Coach
• Vielfältige Trainings- und Zertifizierungsangebote
• Regelmäßiger Austausch innerhalb unserer fachspezifischen Communities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Dein Profil:

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
• Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Java sowie in der Prozessmodellierung mit IBM BPM/BAW und/oder Camunda
• Praktische Erfahrung im agilen Arbeiten in Kundenprojekten, begeisterung für aktuelle IT-Themen, wie z.B. Cloud
• Erfahrung in Projekten im Umfeld von Banking & Financial Markets wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
